Summary / Role Purpose

The Manager Instructional Design will develop the curriculum content and delivery approach to support onboarding, continuous learning, and advancement to the next career level for each of these growth functions. They will be responsible for designing and developing innovative training programs and courses to enable our GTM workforce with the skills and knowledge required for a modern and high growth business landscape. This role combines instructional design, educational technology, and strategic planning to enable continuous learning and adaptation. This person will also lead a team of individual contributors who create and deliver training content.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze needs for learning at the various career levels in the organization.
  • Design & development of curriculum, instructional design, assessment methods, and strategies for effective teaching and learning.
  • Develop assessment techniques to evaluate and improve educational programs and practices using research methods, data analysis and other tools available.
  • Implement learning experiences to be on-demand, effective, efficient, personalized and have measurable impact.
  • Developing career learning journeys with internal and external subject matter expert.
  • Optimize effectiveness of the instructional delivery through the best mix and utilization of virtual classrooms, hybrid or in-person settings, as well as self-paced e-learning.

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience

  • 5 to 10 years of sales onboarding and enablement experience for medium to large scale organizations.
  • Experience building syllabus, course curriculum.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design or relevant work experience.
  • Exceptional presentation skills in small and large group settings.
  • Passion and understanding for learner-centric adult learning - both delivered asynchronously through online/LMS or through instructor led classroom/virtual training.
  • Track record of converting learning programs to demonstrable skills and business impact.
