Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Corporate Partnerships Officer to join our leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this pivotal role will focus on building our corporate partnerships program from the ground up. The Chief Corporate Partnerships Officer will establish and nurture strategic partnerships with major national and regional corporations to significantly boost awareness and donations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate partnerships, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a passion for our mission.


 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Corporate Partnerships Strategy:

  • Create and implement a comprehensive corporate partnerships strategy aligned with Dogs Inc's marketing and fundraising goals.
  • Identify, cultivate, and secure major corporate partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Establish annual and long-term goals and metrics for corporate partnerships.

 

Build and Manage Corporate Relationships:

  • Identify potential corporate partners and develop customized engagement plans.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
  • Represent Dogs Inc at corporate events, conferences, and meetings to enhance visibility and build connections.

 

Collaborate with Internal Teams:

  • Provide guidance and support to the CEO on corporate partnership strategies and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and COO to align corporate partnerships with Dogs Inc's initiatives and programs.
  • Work closely with the marketing and communications team to develop compelling awareness and fundraising campaigns and materials.

 

Monitor and Report on Partnership Activities:

  • Track and report on the progress of corporate partnership initiatives, providing regular updates to the CEO.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for corporate partnerships.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Proven success in securing major corporate partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Passion for Dogs Inc's mission and a commitment to making a positive impact.
