About the Role:

As a Data Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role on our Sales Operations team, while providing overall support by helping source and validate account and prospect data. You will utilize a variety of tools and data mining approaches to help contribute to the overall accuracy and value of data for our marketing and sales teams to efficiently action. This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior or Senior in college pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations, Business Management, Marketing, Data Analytics, Project Management or a related field.

You Will:

  • Data Sourcing & Validation: Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other data validation platforms to identify and verify account and prospect information. Ensure data accuracy by cross-referencing multiple sources and applying data integrity best practices.
  • Daily Entry & Operations Support: Assist with routine tasks related to data research, entry, management, validation and quality control. This includes updating records, cleaning up erroneous data, and ensuring timely entry of new information.
  • Data Mining: Participate in both daily and strategic data mining projects to extract valuable demographic, firmographic, and behavioral insights. Support the development of data-driven strategies by gathering and analyzing relevant data sets.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with the Sales operations team to ensure data accuracy and relevance. Communicate findings, insights, and updates effectively to support business objectives and drive decision-making.
  • Ad-hoc Projects: Support various ad-hoc projects as needed. This may involve additional data sourcing and analysis tasks or special research assignments.

You Have:

  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's in Business Administration, Operations, Business Management, Marketing, Data Analytics, Project Management or a related field.Junior or Senior level students are preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar data validation tools is highly desirable but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or G-Suites is required.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to maintaining high data accuracy and quality.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Learning Orientation: Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. Eager to take on new challenges and contribute to various projects.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team setting and support team goals.

Internship Details:

Position Hourly Rate - $16.00 per hour

Weekly hour commitment: 20 hours per week

Date Ending: January 31, 2025
