Position Summary
Reporting to the Assistant Dean of International Non-JD Programs, the Director,
Program on Corporate Ethics and Compliance oversees the day-to-day
operations of all Fordham Law Corporate Compliance related programs, including
the Master of Studies in Law (M.S.L.) in Corporate Compliance and LL.M. with a
Corporate Compliance concentration (collectively “Compliance Programs”) to
ensure full, smooth functioning of the programs and to help create a new degree
and non-degree programming.
Essential Functions
∙Oversees the day-to-day operations of all Fordham Law Corporate
Compliance-related programs, including the Master of Studies in Law
(M.S.L.) in Corporate Compliance and LL.M. with a Corporate Compliance
concentration (collectively “Compliance Programs”) to ensure full, smooth
functioning of the programs.
∙Works with the Senior Director in developing, promoting, and overseeing
short-term and executive education programs.
∙Assists with the admissions, orientation, and advising of Compliance
Program students.
∙Oversees the proper delivery of services by Fordham Law’s online
program vendor in all service areas, including admissions, marketing,
student services, course creation, course delivery, the administration of
exams, grading, and program evaluations.
∙Reviews, processes, makes recommendations on, and interviews
applicants to online Compliance Programs.
∙Administers contracts for all online Program adjunct faculty and external
partners.
∙Creates and manages online class schedules each semester.

Management Responsibilities
Guides work of other employees who perform essentially the same work and/or
student workers. Organizes, sets priorities, schedules and reviews work, but is
generally not responsible for final decisions in hiring, performance management
or compensation.
Additional Functions
∙Forecasts future enrollment and maintain proper budgeting and
accounting of revenues and expenses in conjunction with the Assistant
Dean.
∙Oversees triannual reconciliation process.
∙Oversees the proper accreditation and related approvals for Compliance
Programs (and any similar future programs) by governing bodies, including
the New York State Department of Education and the American Bar
Association, and any private accreditations from professional bodies.
∙Assists in developing presentations, as needed, to the Law School
administration and the Advisory Board to Compliance Programs.
∙Assists in outreach to corporations and organizations to raise interest in
compliance programs and generate potential student internships or job
opportunities.
∙Updates courses and curriculum as deemed necessary by the Senior
Director and Curriculum Development team.
Required Qualifications: Education and Experience
∙Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
∙Minimum of five years of administrative experience

∙High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint or
similar programs and comfort with technology platforms and applications,
including learning management systems and video conference
technologies
∙Ability to be creative, innovative, flexible, independent, and collaborative

∙Strong time management and constructive problem-solving skills
∙Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
∙Successful candidates should have a knowledge of and commitment to
the goals of Jesuit Education.
Preferred Qualifications
∙JD Degree
∙Minimum of five years of higher education experience
Minimum Starting Salary: $85,000
Maximum Starting Salary: $93,000
Note: Salary is commensurate with qualifications, experience, and skills.
