• • Education - High School Graduate and one (1) year formal training beyond high school

• • Experience - Three (3) years appropriate work experience in maintaining physical plant equipment and vehicles

• Skills - Ability to follow-up on assigned duties; knowledgeable in repairing automobiles and ability to operate and repair physical plant equipment

Maintains all physical plant equipment including, but not limited to: tractors, mowers and other lawn maintenance equipment, snow removal equipment, forklift, loader/backhoe and heavy machinery; responsible for minor welding repairs; repairs and maintains all College vehicles in conjunction with state inspection standards; repairs and maintains all physical plant equipment; assists students with flats and jumpstarts; routine cleaning of College vehicles; assists grounds, maintenance and custodial departments in all duties as described in particular position description.

Standard Work Week: 40 hours
