Pay Range: $25.86-$39.78 per hour (Actual base pay based on factors such as relevant experience, education, market, qualifications, and skills)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

The Legal Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to Legal Operations Supervisor and General Counsel and perform daily essential functions for efficient operation of the Legal & IP Group. Collects and prepares information for use in support of Legal & IP Department. Prepares department reports and materials for board of director meetings. Maintains a file system for legal documents and may act as legal librarian, ensuring reference materials are current.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Log and track incoming NDAs for KII and subsidiary companies.

2. Manage various corporate records, monitor compliance schedules, prepare, and file annual reports, and file qualification applications.

3. Prepare KII BOD resolutions and and maintain minute books.

4. Update Officer & Director listings and provide corporate records on request.

5. Monitor department monthly expenses, review invoices, prepare check requests and purchase requisitions.

6. Assist in preparation of various reports: monthly plan, H/E report, Master Plan (annually), quarterly legal report.

7. Administer UKG and monitor daily timecards.

8. Prepare department Ringis and monitor Ringis requiring GC approval.

9. Administer ethics and online compliance training.

10. Provide administrative support as needed.

11. Perform any other related duties or miscellaneous projects as required or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate or equivalent experience.

Prior experience in law office or corporate legal department.

Excellent organizational, communication, and administrative skills.

Ability to respect, protect, and maintain confidential and sensitive information.

Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail is paramount.

Exceptional client service, both internal and external.

Strongly desired: Notary Public or willingness to become one.

Eligible to work in an ITAR environment.
