Duration - 12 Months
Shift Hours: 9am to 5 pm PST
Job Description:
The Multimedia Systems team is looking for a talented and passionate Project Analyst. You will be working with a team of motivated, high-energy professionals who are responsible for the fiscal project management of a large Multimedia R&D engineering organization. The role involves supporting the team in San Diego with the daily operations, reports and data management. The objective is to streamline data sharing among the business functions and linking records across systems, harmonizing the data elements to provide quality and high-integrity data from a trusted single version of the truth from which decisions are based.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Collecting, and consolidating the data provided by the teams
- Support Project Management of the team on daily, monthly, and quarterly tasks.
- Support day-to-day operations by tracking minutes, action items capturing deadlines and work with responsible parties for smooth functioning of the team.
- Good with pulling together data and developing excellent Powerpoint presentations and Word documents.
- Works cross-functionally across teams to gather information and track status of projects, processes, and services.
- Maintain the master data source and keep it upto date.
- Run ad hoc reports and support the overall operations of the team
- Exercising creativity to draft original documents, imagery, or work products within established guidelines.
