This is a part-time, up to 27 hours per week, twelve-month position requiring a presence on campus and out in the community with the staff member’s primary efforts focused on bilingual student recruitment and retention, bilingual marketing, instruction, and coordination of continuing education courses, and assistance with Latino student success in all programs of the College. This position reports directly to the Director of Community Engagement Latino Programs

Successful candidates will possess:

Required Qualifications:

● Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in Spanish

● Associate’s degree in arts, communication, marketing, business administration, or two-years experience assisting Spanish speakers with community services

Preferred Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s Degree in communication, marketing, business administration or other related field

● Experience using Customer Relationship Management software such as Slate

● Experience using a Learning Management System, such as Moodle, to deliver course content

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $31.29 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
