Job Description

The Receptionist is responsible for performing various front office duties. This position requires a professional appearance and excellent phone skills. Will manage the company's lobby area. Greets and directs all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers. Ensures completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures.Responsible for providing day to day administrative support to the General Manager & other depts.
  • Greeting and directing customers, contractors and visitors
  • Issuing badges and parking permits and logging where necessary
  • Answering multi-line phone and taking/relaying messages
  • Sort and deliver the incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for daily pickup
  • Sort incoming faxes
  • General clerical/administrative support to the General Manager and other various departments
  • Customer meeting preparation (ie stocking food/water, coffee, ordering/picking up food)
  • Must possess a professional, welcoming company image both in person and over the phone
  • Coordinate the completion of required documents/forms (training, etc.)
  • New hire Security orientation training
  • Track employee absences for Managers
  • Assist other departments (HR, Prod. Control, Quality) or company-related tasks
  • Event Planning - company events
  • Support Administrative Data entry
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required. Two-yearAssociates Degree in business or related field OR five years' experience in busy office setting preferred.
  • Prior administrative experience in manufacturing preferred
  • Incumbent must be detail oriented and able to communicate clearly
  • Professional phone skills required
  • Must have an excellent background in Microsoft Office- (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be able to multi-task and handle a heavy workload while meeting critical deadlines.
  • Must be able to adapt and be comfortable with continuous process improvements and a change culture.
  • Ability to follow directions and procedures accurately; to organize facts and figures; apply basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and averages.
  • Must have or be capable of obtaining and maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance
  • Regular attendance is an essential job function of this position.
  • Sensitivity to confidential information is required

Compensation and Benefits:

TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

$39,488 - $62,416

Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition ofForeign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
