Aya Healthcare is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead our B2B product portfolio for healthcare leaders, with a focus on executing go-to-market strategies, market research and growth initiatives. This person should be an innovative and outside-the-box thinker with previous success generating B2B SaaS Product Marketing strategies from ideation through completion.

Responsibilities:

• Create, manage and execute on product marketing roadmap, defining metrics, positioning and messaging based on business goals and key customer insights
• Conduct and analyze market, user, and competitive research to identify and effectively communicate insights to key internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with product managers, sales and other internal teams to drive new and existing customer adoption
• Identify new opportunities for marketing innovation and growth through the use of market, customer and competitive insights
• Develop product collateral, videos, presentations, demos, and more.
• Author case studies on product successes and best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree is required
• 10+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space
• Experience generating a Product Marketing strategy from ideation through completion
• Proven ability to work independently, as a leader, and interdepartmentally
• SaaS technical acumen as well as advanced verbal and written communication skills

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be an annual salary of$165,000 to $210,000.

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager's discretion.
