Summary of Position

As a tuition-driven institution, our main goal is to recruit students. The Enrollment Events and Marketing Coordinator will focus on the creation, design, and management of all oncampus recruitment events. The ideal candidate for the position will bring extreme attention to detail, a creative mind to develop new events, and a student-centric approach to their work. Part of the event management duties includes oversight of our 40+ member student tour guide population. The right person for this job has a passion for working with students to grow and develop their skills and recognizing a campus job is part of their education experience. Additionally, this individual will help process applications during the high-volume times of the years and help cover admissions travel as needed.

  • Coordinate and execute all on campus events for prospective students. On campus events could include all open houses, accepted student days, and others.
  • This also will include all group visits for prospective students to PSU’s campus.
  • Manage, present, and coordinate daily campus information sessions and tours.

  • Monitor and manage communication flows and campaigns deployed through the CRM for all incoming student populations.
  • Work with supervisor on creation and deployment of recruitment materials for prospective students.

  • Management, training, and scheduling of all student tour guides for daily campus tours, large scale events, and other events requested across campus.
