Apple is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial program manager with a passion for marketing technologies to help grow its services, including the ways we drive the benefits of the full Apple ecosystem. The Marketing Platform Program Manager will work with a wide variety of functional teams across Apple to design, develop, connect and implement technology solutions that enable meaningful collaboration, effective prioritization, and efficient execution of our key programs. The role will place you in a highly-energized environment with some of the most creative individuals in the industry, where you will be inspired to share your experience along with providing extraordinary support for the team.

- Understanding of platforms and technologies used to drive collaboration and efficiencies in a highly-dynamic environment
- Experience working with development and design teams to scope and implement new products and customer facing experiences.
- Deep experience capturing user requirements and acceptance criteria
- Experience driving significant impact in matrixed structures using influence
- Proven experience driving complex, international, large-scale and time-critical projects

Description
In this position, you will gather design, business and technical requirements and use cases from various teams, and identify necessary key platform capabilities. Making assessments and recommending solutions to deliver the required capabilities, and determine a roadmap while helping drive prioritization across tracks and projects. You will lead initiatives through execution, while focusing on project and status transparency, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and aware throughout the process. Evangelizing the roadmap and driving the work at all levels, across all functions.

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $152,400.00 and $229,400.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
