Job Description:


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
* Leverages advanced knowledge of Marketing principles, best practices, and applicable market research to manage and drive projects and programs that deliver a return-on-investment.
* Collaborates with senior management to resolve administrative or operational matters and ensures effective achievement of project and program objectives.
* Delegates tasks and supervises team members and lower-level managers by meeting regularly with each team member to discuss business dynamic, develops plans to accelerate performance, and predicts future outlooks.
* Leads cross-functional teams and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders on all matters concerned with designated projects.
* Acquires advanced knowledge on marketing strategy, marketing program guidance, and sales by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and expanding personal networks within and outside the organization.
* Writes, rewrites and/or edits marketing/sales campaigns and programs, business results, and trends with minimal supervision.
