Responsibilities

This internship provides students the opportunity to join our San Diego HR team where you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide HR support to business groups on policies, processes, employee relations, people management, and career development.
  • Support the design and implementation of effective tools and resources to enhance organizational development knowledge and capabilities across the business.
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify & implement process enhancements to help track progress and gaps towards hiring, employee engagement, and various business goals.
  • Identify opportunities and provide recommendations to streamline team operational processes to increase efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Results-oriented, operational mindset with passion in process improvement and project management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; a team player and great communicator.
  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export law. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a "US Person" under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license).

Hourly Pay Range: $19 - $24 annually (San Diego).

Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate. CAES provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, 401K, paid holidays and vacation.
