Morrow County Health District is seeking a Clinic Director for Irrigon Medical Clinic (IMC in Irrigon, OR) and Boardman Immediate Care (BIC in Boardman, OR).

The Clinic Director oversees all aspects of operations at two of the District’s rural health clinics. This includes developing and implementing policies, enacting quality initiatives, creating workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, supervision and training staff, and day-to-day oversight of both clinics. The IMC/BIC Clinic Director works closely with the Clinic Director responsible for Pioneer Memorial Clinic (PMC) and Ione Community Clinic (ICC) to ensure consistent practices across clinics and a seamless experience for patients.

This is a leadership position and requires leadership skills and experience.

Salary:

• Starting salary range $98,742 - $108,993 DOQ.

Requirements:

• Five years of leadership experience in a medical clinic setting is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
• A combination of education and work experience will be considered.
• Pre-employment background checks and drug screens are required.
