Part-Time Specialist, Student Records & Degree Audit

POSITION SUMMARY

Perform a variety of administrative functions related to the maintenance of student records within enrollment services.

Perform other cross function duties as assigned.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Assist with the entering and review of academic transcripts or records for a student.
  • Process and enter Credit for Prior Learning
  • Assist in the review, maintenance, and entry of Degree Audit Individual Student Adjustments to be applied for graduation.
  • Correspond with students via phone, email, mail or in person regarding student record functions.
  • Run queries to generate letters and or emails to be mailed to our students.
  • Create and maintain Excel documents to meet needs of department. 
  • Collaborate with Enrollment Services staff to support processes which will improve student success.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: Associate Degree

Experience:  Two years of related experience; post-secondary exposure preferred.

 **An equivalent combination of work experience and education may be considered.

Computer Skills

Advanced spreadsheet skills and word processing skills, to include VBA, Macro and Letter Merge
