Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily Electronic Payroll Reports.
  • Respond to DFCI staff regarding Payroll inquiries and when necessary, escalate to appropriate Payroll staff.
  • Contact employees and or department representative to resolve payroll issues on Employee Timesheet.
  • Complete payroll information requested on Employee Income and Wage verifications.
  • Create employee files and maintain documentation of Payroll records in filing system.
  • Manage DFCI Payroll incoming mailbox and respond to staff inquiries or escalate to appropriate payroll personnel.
  • Follow up with employees on returned payroll checks.
  • Assist Sr Payroll Coordinator with maintenance and setup of Employee MBTA pass deduction
  • Log stop payment requests in banking website.
  • Backup to the Payroll Coordinator II as needed.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Associates degree or comparable knowledge in payroll-related field.
  • 1 year minimum of Payroll preferred or previous administrative experience and or HR experience.
