Job Responsibilities
The Assistant Registrar will assist the Registrar in the delivery of a comprehensive records and document management program, a formalized degree audit and registration process and system, a student-centered academic standing process, and functions related to degree conferral and commencement activities. Responsible for providing excellent service to students, faculty, staff and administrators.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the Registrar with daily operations in providing comprehensive services to support the student registration processes.Hire, train, and supervise the Student Records Assistant and assigned Federal Work Study studentsResponsible for communicating with faculty regarding beginning of term processes and procedures related to attendance tracking.Assist the Registrar with all end of term activitiesConduct transcript analysis and evaluationsServes as the Transfer Advisor to studentsOversee general office management and other duties as assigned
