We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in people???s lives. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, BUT must be 18 to be eligible for Insurance Licensing.As a Licensed InsuranceRepresentative you will be part of a very successful team that is helping to grow the revenue of the office by offering products that people need for their security and peace of mind. You will have the opportunity to work with a topapproved mentor to teach you the ways of becoming an Agency Owner. As an Insurance Representative, you will pursue and respond to the requests and needs of prospects and current clients who need insurance. You will be trained to act as a consultant for businesses and families, evaluating needs and recommending the most appropriate means of meeting those needs. Salary range for this training period is based on Base Salary + Commissions + Bonus. Your efforts and willingness to learnwill determine your income and success.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources.

Requirements

• MUST be willing to commute or relocate
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Ability to obtain or possess an active Life & Health Insurance license.
