The Program Coordinator (PC) is a year-round position that works with the Director of Programs to plan, prepare, and deliver inclusive, residential youth development programs, year-round, at Merrowvista, with a strong focus on the summer camp program. The PC is heavily involved with the running of programming in the spring, summer, and fall and helps to ensure that all state, American Camping Association, and American Youth Foundation program regulations are followed all year. The PC ensures safety and quality residential programming through intentional program design, risk management and on the ground presence. We are looking for a candidate with 2 to 3 years direct or related experience and prior experience working with youth is required. The PC is required to live on site in provided housing for the duration of the summer season, as well as during assigned program activities at any point in the year.
