Randolph Community Partnership, Inc. (RCP) is a local non-profit organization whose mission is to provide opportunity through education. Incorporated in 2002, RCP has become an integral part of the Randolph community. Located in Randolph High School in the heart of Randolph, RCP provides rich educational opportunities to adults on the South Shore.

We have brought together community members, local businesses, and colleges to enhance collaborations within the community. Since 2006, RCP has educated more than 1,000 students. We are proud to have been funded by the Massachusetts Department of Education since 1998. Although housed inside Randolph High School, we are NOT a part of RPS.We are looking to hire a highly organized individual who has excellent communication skills and a desire to work with a diverse student population to join our team as our Program Assistant.During school year: 16 hours per week (Monday through Thursday, 5pm-9pm) (flexible summer hours available).
THIS POSITION WILL BEGIN OCTOBER 27, 2022.
INTERVIEWS WILL BEGIN IN EARLY SEPTEMBER.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones, relay messages, return program calls, and schedule placement testingAnswer questions about the program
  • Create flyers and memos as needed/directedUpdate teachers on enrollment and changes in the class rosters
  • Maintain program information on LACES data system (training required)Class student info, enrollment, attendance, assessment scores
  • Print monthly attendance sheetsUse LACES system to assist Director in program development
  • Review all program data on a monthly basis to ensure accurate recording
  • Print reports as needed for teachers, Advisor, and Executive DirectorWork with Assessment Coordinator and teachers to schedule annual pre/post-testing
  • Take minutes at monthly staff meetingsAssist with fundraising events
  • Miscellaneous tasks, as needed
Qualifications:
  • Secretarial/administrative experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office SuiteCreative, flexible, and able to work both independently and as a member of the team
Experience
working with online databasesPrevious fundraising experience helpfulKnowledge of another language is helpful but not necessary
