Cosmetology & Esthetics Instructor (Full-time)

Rend Lake College seeks a full-time INSTRUCTOR to teach in the Cosmetology & Esthetics program. // This position is a 50 week, tenure track position.

Duties will include:

• Instruction (lecture and clinical demonstration).
• Supervising clinical lab instruction.
• Maintaining student and state-required records.
• Assisting with retail operation.
• Other duties as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid license as a Cosmetology Instructor from the Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation and must satisfy all other state regulation requirements.
• Associate degree and / or industry experience required.
• Teaching experience preferred.
• All candidates will be required to successfully pass a background screening process.

 

SALARY & BENEFITS

• Annual Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 or commensurate with experience.
