Job Summary:
Branded Research, a division of Dynata, is seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual for the role of Director of Growth Marketing. This person will be responsible for leading all user acquisition efforts on behalf of the company and the Branded Surveys research platform (B2C). This position plays a critical role in driving the success of Branded Surveys by ensuring it meets user needs, aligns with the company's strategic priorities and delivers business value.
Reporting to the Senior V.P. of Panels and Partnerships, you'd be accountable for a set of defined markets to grow our online and mobile panels. You will be responsible for prospecting new partner relationships while managing the performance and optimization of multiple digital media campaigns, as well as being proactive in testing new media digital trends to advance our product to be unique and diverse.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital media and user acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
Manage affiliate marketing programs, including partner relationships, campaign setup, commission structures, and performance tracking
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product development and user insights to align acquisition efforts with overall business objectives
Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to support digital marketing initiatives
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions
Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to optimize digital marketing efforts
Identify and evaluate new digital marketing opportunities, technologies, and platforms to drive innovation and growth
Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on the performance and progress of digital marketing initiatives
Requirements:
5+years of experience buying media and senior management of media campaigns
Director level negotiation and account management experience
Strong performance marketing campaign management and optimization
Expertise in mobile specific acquisition campaigns, including Apple Search Ads
Expertise of affiliate tracking software such as TUNE, Cake, Impact Radius
Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics and social media campaign management
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills; proven experience analyzing large data sets
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and customer engagement tactics
Competence to multitask and manage time effectively in a global team environment
Market Research background a plus

The base salary range for this position in is $155K-$175K/yr + 15% bonus; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
