University of Notre Dame du Lac seeks a Associate Director of Marketing Analytics in Notre Dame, IN.
Duties: – Apply Data-Driven Measurement Techniques to Deeply Understand Audience Collect, integrate and analyze unstructured and structured data about prospective student wants, needs, context, behavior and motivations. Use data-driven analytics to derive insight from this data and apply these insights to enable fact-based decision making and actions. – 40%
- Lead Performance Assessment of Marketing and Communications Campaigns Develop IntegratedMarketing Campaign Performance Dashboard that generates actionable recommendations to focus marketing spend, discover root causes for performance disparities from plan, and drive change for improvement. Develop and deliver standard cadence of reports and analysis to key internal audiences. – 30%
- Apply Social Media Listening & Findings Deeply analyze social media interactions to uncover insight, and connect those insights to people and processes to improve the way Mendoza engages with stakeholders, including input on content. Implement ongoing social intelligence including gathering constituency insights, influencer identification, and analytics, including sentiment analysis. Monitor, analyze and respond to social public online conversations to meet objectives of Mendoza. – 15%
- Deploy Market Research Tools and Techniques Execute quantitative and qualitative research to monitor Mendoza College of Business brand identity and reputation, and relative to alternative business schools inconsideration set. – 15%

Minimum Qualifications
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics, or related field. This position also requires 3 years of experience with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Excel Pivot Tables, Analytic Tools, and Marketing Automation Tools. Full-time.
