Job Summary

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Project Management Office.
  • Support staff through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
  • Schedules meetings, types meeting minutes, and generates reports.
  • Reviews and occasionally drafts technical documents.
  • The position involves working with cross-functional teams balancing numerous time sensitive deliverables.

Essential Functions
30% - Provides administrative support to the Project Management Office
25% - Conducts technical writing in support of high-profile projects
25% - Assists in the creation and presentation of technology training material
10% - Assists in system testing. Performs related duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications
A. One (1) year of experience working in a Project Management Office
B. One (1) year of experience working at a community college
C. One (1) year of experience using Microsoft Project Server or SharePoint

Special Working Conditions
May be required to sit for a prolonged period of time; viewing a computer monitor
