Adjunct Faculty Pool - Business and Professional Services

Summary:
These are temporary, part-time positions used to fill classroom vacancies as needed. When a position is available, qualified applicants may be contacted for an interview and asked to submit further documentation.

Please detail experience using Blackboard (or similar learning management system) and teaching online.

Qualifications:
Master’s, Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in the teaching discipline and demonstrated competencies in discipline or program listed. Certification may be required -- (Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Cosmetology, Culinary Arts, Education, Information Technology, Office Systems Technology, Medical Information Technology and Visual Arts) or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in the teaching discipline. Experience using Blackboard (or a similar learning management system as a delivery method for classes) is recommended.

Somerset Community College (SCC) is one of 16 two-year colleges in the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS).
