Job Description

POSITION: ASSISTANT ATHLETIC TRAINER/RESIDENCE HALL DIRECTOR

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Assistant Athletic Trainer position includes prevention, evaluation, management, and rehabilitation of injuries under the supervision of the
athletic trainer. The position also includes live-in responsibilities as a Residence Hall Director.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree and national certification in athletic training required. Must be eligible to obtain Kansas State Athletic Training License. Athletic training experience preferred. Experience working in residence life preferred. Valid driver’s license required.

LOCATION: Iola Campus

SALARY: $21,000 for 10 month position (August 1-May 31) plus room and 18 meal
plan for housing responsibilities. Excellent benefit package.
