Vaccination Requirement

The University of Nebraska Medicine Center (UNMC) requires COVID-19 vaccinations for all students, staff, and faculty. All employees must be fully vaccinated unless they have requested and been approved for an exemption based on a recognized medical reason, a sincerely held religious belief, or a pre-approved, 100% remote work agreement. Fully vaccinated means having received one dose of a single dose COVID-19 vaccine (Johnson & Johnson) or both doses of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccination series (Moderna and Pfizer).

Position Summary
Provide administrative and financial support in the Department of Psychiatry to three department divisions, research administration and grant budgeting and reconciliation, and department administration staff, chair and administrator; provide travel coordination and processing support to the department, process revenues and expenses – understanding the financial pay sources for purchases and reimbursements; assist with internal and external contract management, payments, and renewals; coordinate facility repairs/needs, and lead department event coordination.
