You need to be registered for Advanced Agriculture Internship AGR 226 in order to apply for this position.  To register for AGR 226, you must have completed Intro to Ag Practicum AGR 107 or have instructor approval.  

Position Introduction

Earn 1-3 credits engaged in hands on learning on the MCC Student Farm. Assist with all
aspects of vegetable and fruit production from seed to sales. Must be willing to work in hot, cold, wet, buggy environments. Must be able to lift 30 pounds. Visiting local farms and instruction on agricultural marketing is included in this paid internship. Intro to Ag Practicum AGR 107, or instructor approval, is a required prerequisite.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Position requires frequent bending, stretching, and lifting Ability to sit, walk, and stand up to 4 hours

Required Education

High School graduate or equivalent

Other Required Qualifications

Intro to Ag Practicum AGR 107, or instructor approval, is a required prerequisite
