Reports To: Assessment Center Coordinator
Work Locations: Oglesby Campus, Ottawa Center, Off-campus Testing Sites
Salary Range: Based on Education and Experience, Full Time w/ Excellent Benefits
Position Summary: Perform testing duties including tasks such as: assisting with office operations, scheduling, testing, and recording and reporting activities as they relate to the day-to-day operations of the Assessment Center all while providing excellent customer service. Administer, proctor and schedule all forms of college-level examinations including but not limited to placement testing, high-stakes/certification/national examinations, course exams for IVCC and distance learning examinations for other colleges and universities.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree; possess strong interpersonal, phone, communication and organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to work cooperatively with students, administration, faculty and staff; ability to problem solve, work independently, and collaborate effectively with members of a team; computer literate, have working knowledge of word processing and data entry and ability to work evening and flexible hours required; one or more years' experience in a teaching, training or testing environment preferred.
