Continuing Education Coordinator Position

Job Description

The Continuing Education Coordinator is responsible for compiling, maintaining, and tracking student information for internal and external use. The Continuing Education Coordinator is responsible for providing customer support that leads to successful student enrollment (both online and in person). This position requires excellent organizational skills for the maintenance of student files, attendance, and course related documentation. The ideal candidate must have the ability to develop the master schedule, testing, enrollment, and run reports.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist students with class schedule and general information
  • Demonstrate accurate data entry skills through attention to details
  • Advise and register students
  • Maintain and scan files
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Professional experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Proficient with office equipment operation and use of technology
  • Ability to interact effectively and collaboratively
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and customer service satisfaction skills


  • Associate Degree or higher
  • Two years of office or related experience
  • Customer focused
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail oriented and a commitment to accuracy, ethics, and integrity
  • Time management and organizational skills
