Salary: $2,254.00 per month.

Description

Maintain and update educational records (in paper and electronic formats) and process correspondence to support the enrollment status and documentation of attendance for students. Review student registration records, student transcripts, and related course credit information and prepare appropriate documentation for approval by the Registrar or assigned designee. Evaluate and document eligible course credit(s) for transfer students; evaluate and document eligible curriculum class(es) within a student's program of study; evaluate and document eligible students who meet reverse transfer program guidelines; relate well with students, coworkers, and the general public; and perform other duties as assigned. This is a daytime position with some scheduled evening work and local travel required.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required. Excellent communication, customer service skills, and office organizational skills required. Demonstrated proficiency with keyboarding and Microsoft applications required. Documented experience related to the process of evaluating college-level student records is preferred. Experience working with a college data management system prefered.
