Job Description
A postdoctoral position is available with the X-LAB at the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, University at Buffalo. We develop large-scale AI software and hardware systems to accelerate AI innovations in various societal impactful applications, such as sustainability and education.

- Conduct advanced and independent research with consultation of PI in the related research areas.
- Publish high quality journal and conference papers in known venues of the field.
- Mentor and lead junior researchers to carry out their respective research topics.

Minimum Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (PhD) with track record of research experience in GPUs, FPGAs and large-scale software and hardware system optimizations
- Expertise in software development & algorithmic design
- Peer-reviewed publications
- Strong communication skills
- Less than 5 years of prior postdoctoral experience.
- Candidates who are expected to defend their PhD dissertation within 6 months encouraged to apply.
