LOCATION : Fulton Campus

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
High school diploma or equivalent required. Physically able to complete strenuous work in inside/outside conditions in a fast-paced work environment. Be able to successfully pass a background check.

QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED
Experience in commercial landscaping. Training and/or certifications to apply landscaping chemicals. Heavy equipment experience and a working knowledge of irrigation systems.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Mow all lawn areas
• Prune shrubs
• Plant shrubs, bulbs, trees and bedding plants
• Prepare annual flower beds
• Fertilize lawn areas, shrubs and annual beds
• Plant grass and seed
• Rake leaves
• Mulch bed areas and trees
• Pick up loose trash
• Use riding mowers and specialized equipment
• Drive tractors, backhoe, bush hog, disk, harrow and box blade
• Assist the Director of Grounds in maintaining all grounds equipment
• Install and maintain irrigation systems
• Perform other duties as assigned
