Monmouth University is seeking applications for a Lecturer in the Management and Leadership department for the 2022-2023 academic year and is a two-year appointment with the possibility of subsequent multi-year reappointments. The candidate will be expected to teach 12 credits at the graduate and undergraduate level with flexibility in teaching a variety of Management courses.
Leon Hess Business School is AACSB accredited and has 44 full-time faculty members. There are over 1100 full-time undergraduate students in business and about 300 students in the MBA program.

Required Degree, License or Certifications:
Doctoral degree, ABD candidates may be considered with degree completion expected by date of employment
Required Skills or Software:
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Required Years of Experience:
Doctoral degree in Business Management or a related field.
Ability to teach a number of core Business courses, such as Business Ethics, Strategic Management, Principles of Management, and others as needed.
Relevant teaching and industry experience.
