CEO Position at Willow Brook Christian Communities

Due to the 2023 planned retirement of the founding CEO, Willow Brook Christian Communities is seeking a CEO to oversee the operation of the entire not-for-profit organization. He/she has the primary responsibility for the care of all residents, the implementation of all programs, and general welfare of the staff. The CEO is also responsible for leading the development of new programs and ventures and will play a key leadership role in strategic planning initiatives. The new CEO will be a strategic, inspirational leader with integrity who can capitalize on past successes and prepare the organization for the future.

Education requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree, with a preference for Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Gerontology or related field. Evidence of ongoing, continuous education in the field of assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, health care, long-term care, senior living management and operations is desired. A current Ohio nursing home administrator’s license is preferred.
