Black River Technical College is seeking two qualified applicants for the following grant funded full-time positions:

Nursing Instructors

These are full-time, eleven-month evening/night positions. Primary responsibilities of these positions are course and clinical instruction in the evening/night practical nursing program. Other duties include off-site clinical instruction, assisting academic advisement, student recruitment and retention activities, course and program assessment, maintaining and completing course records and reports for approval and accrediting bodies, participation in various committee activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Qualified applicants must possess a valid, unencumbered registered nursing license that is eligible to work in the state of Arkansas, and a minimum of two years’ experience in clinical nursing. Applicants must hold a minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing or higher degree is preferred. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in clinical or classroom instruction of nursing students. Applicants should be willing to continue their education through professional development.

Salary:

Salary will be based upon educational level and experience. BRTC offers competitive fringe benefits.
