MAC is offered in two formats: a one-year lockstep on-campus format, and a flexible, online format for working professionals. In total, there are approximately 400 students across both formats of MAC.

The Assistant Director of Student Engagement is a critical position focused on continuously improving student satisfaction and providing a stellar student experience for MAC students. This includes responsibility for individual and group academic advising, as well as wellness advising, coaching, and student experience advising within the MAC program. The Assistant Director is solely responsible for developing and providing co-curricular and extracurricular activities that enhance the student experience and promote retention for all MAC students in both formats. He/she/they will provide advising to individual students and will have full responsibility for providing a slate of regular programming that meets the needs of students, promotes inclusion and wellness, and creates a sense of community. Specifically, the Assistant Director will advise the MAC Student Association and will direct all student-led programming.
