Job Description

The person hired for this position will be expected to teach undergraduate and graduate level MBA courses in Finance. Plan, evaluate, and revise curricula, course content, course materials, and methods of instruction as well as mentor students. Engage in scholarly research that will lead to publications in quality refereed journals. Provide service activities to the department, college, university, community, and profession.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience

This is a tenure-track position. The candidates applying for this position are expected to have a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Finance, or in Economics with additional study/certification in the area of Finance, or a Doctor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance.
ABD (ALL BUT DISSERTATION) candidates expecting to receive their degrees by the start of the 2022 fall semester will also be considered for this position. For appointment at the rank of Associate Professor, candidates must have a track record of effective teaching, scholarly publications, and the provision of excellent services to the profession.
