Job Description

Pace University’s Lubin School of Business invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track, Assistant Professor faculty position in International Business and Entrepreneurship. Experience with Strategy is strongly preferred as is proficiency in analytics and the latest technologies. The start date for this position is September 1, 2023.

Candidates who can balance research, teaching, and service would find themselves to be an excellent fit. Exceptional candidates would be able to show evidence of prior experience with developing/teaching different courses, managing a program or unit, and leading research projects to publication. Moreover, successful candidates will also have a student-centric mindset and an established record of teaching with strong evaluations. Lastly, successful candidates need to be service-oriented—a willing and able team player who genuinely cares for the needs of her/his Department, School, and University.
Position Qualifications
Candidates must have earned (or completed all requirements for) a Ph.D. by August 31, 2023. We are especially interested in candidates who have prior experience teaching International Business, Entrepreneurship, and/or Strategy courses as well as have a strong commitment to research.
