Helping Hands Against Violence, serving survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking is seeking a full-time Executive Director. Helping Hands offers a 24/7 crisis intervention counseling, emergency shelter, transitional housing, advocacy, medical and legal assistance. With oversite of three facilities. Helping Hands has been in business for 42 years and serves survivors within the Columbia Gorge area.
In this role, the candidate will oversee all facets of the organization. Provider program oversight, maintain all financial records, research, and write grants, oversee donor relations, serve as a liaison to media, manage the frontline staff, oversee facilities and trainings, and collaborate with the Board of Directors.
The best candidate will be a self-motivated contributor with experience in non-profit 503.c business. With a desire to serve all survivors of domestic abuse, sexual assault, and stalking regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age or income level. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
