SUMMARY: The Program Manager, Quality and Continuous Improvement will support the delivery of the College Success Foundation's (CSF) Washington College Access Network (WCAN) and AmeriCorps programs and activities simultaneously across Washington State. The Program Manager, Quality and Continuous Improvement is an individual contributor and works as part of a team.


PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide technical assistance and other interventions to support effective program implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Assist with the development of College Bound Scholarship and middle school grant components to be implemented in schools across Washington State.
  • Create outreach strategies to engage students in program activities, with a particular focus on those from underserved communities.
  • Evaluate and select curriculum materials that support student readiness for college and career.
  • Plan and coordinate incentives program to encourage student participation in services and activities.
  • Support the development and delivery of staff training plans.
  • Coordinate communication and collaboration between CSF's national and regional program teams.
  • Work in collaboration with program teams to support statewide communication campaigns to disseminate resources and information such as college planning calendars, guides, checklists and videos.
  • Monitor and maintain statewide records of program activities and other program data for invoice submittals, funder reporting requirements, etc.
  • Coordinate with CSF's Research, Evaluation and Learning and IT units to develop and improve data collection process and evaluation/reporting tools.
  • Prepare program reports as required by CSF and its funders.
  • Organize and attend regular staff meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:

  • Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience with the implementation of education, youth development, college and career readiness programs and/or financial aid/paying for college.
  • Ability to comply with company COVID-19 vaccination policy.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include the ability to observe details at close range and the ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

During a pandemic, employees must be able to work remotely and use collaborative software in order to communicate with others and attend virtual meetings. Hybrid remote schedule is available for this position. Employees must reside in the state of Washington. Employees must be able to handle the stress that is involved in meeting strenuous and competing deadlines, working in high volume areas, and be flexible and able to interact with employees, students, and/or community partners of all levels. After the pandemic, the work environment may remain remote, may be hybrid, or may require to work from the headquarters office. This work environment is moderately quiet..
