Application Pool Notice

Laredo College continuously accepts applications for part-time (adjunct) instructors to create a pool of candidates for each session/semester. Applications will be reviewed and positions will be filled based on department needs. Applications received for this pool will remain active for one year.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Patient Care Technician Adjunct Instructor is responsible to provide quality instruction and monitor teaching/learning effectiveness in the area of Patient Care Technician. Instructor will provide students with the understanding and skills necessary to function productively in the Healthcare Industry. Develop curriculum and instructional strategies aimed towards student success. Provide a safe learning environment for students and encourage the use of available support services.  

Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities

1. Develop course/program curriculum to address the areas vital to becoming a Patient Care Technician.
