Job Description
This is a tenured-track faculty position. Desire candidates with on-going professional development interests, love of teaching, and enthusiasm for campus and College committees and activities.
Preferred Qualifications
Prefer applicants with:
(1) experience teaching nursing or nursing experience and
(2) teaching experience in higher education, especially at the community college level.
Supplemental Job Information
This position may involve teaching a day, evening, and/or weekend schedule at the Dale Mabry, Plant City, and/or SouthShore campuses. In addition, this position may involve working at clinical sites. To be considered, applicants must have been awarded the qualifying graduate degree by August 2022. Applicants with a qualifying degree from an educational institution outside the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom must attach a foreign credential evaluation from one of the members of the National Association of Credential Evaluations Services (website: www.naces.org).

Pay Rate
A faculty member shall be assigned to the appropriate salary grade based on the College’s contract with the faculty union.
The present entry levels are:
(Grade II)
Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the field $44,248,
(Grade II+)
Master’s degree plus 30 graduate semester hours in the teaching field $46,514 and
(Grade I)
an earned Doctorate in major field $48,781.
