Instructional Support is seeking temporary administrative assistant support.

This is a temporary part-time hourly position, not to exceed 28 hours per week with a projected end date on or before February 2023. Position is required in person, on campus.

General Duties

Faculty Load and Compensation (FLAC) Processing - Timely and accurate contract generation for faculty and instructors with adherence to PPCC and CCCS policies. Determine correct pay periods and pay dates for any given assignment. Generate reports, verify, and update data entered to ensure accuracy and completeness of information. Resolve FLAC errors and discrepancies.

Course Scheduling - Assist with the data entry components of course scheduling during the semester schedule production cycle. Position will be aware of rules and definitions of instructional methods, contact hours, and course attributes.

Process requests for class builds, cancellations or modifications. Ensures accuracy in class meeting times and required contact hours.

Provide additional office support as needed.

Cultural competence and demonstrated evidence, understanding, and commitment to the concepts of diversity, multiculturalism, and their application in the workplace.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Three years of experience in an occupational field related to the work assigned to the position.
  • Appropriate education will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.

Must be a State of Colorado resident or able to relocate to Colorado prior to first date of employment. All work must be performed in the State of Colorado.
