Game Operations Assistants provide support to Facilities & Operation staff in maintaining and operating all NC State Athletics facilities and game-day events.
Responsibilities:
• Complete game-day operations tasks as assigned including assisting with customer service to patrons, ingress and egress of events, serving as a liaison for the athletics department to various guest personnel, etc.
• Assist with event set-ups, changeovers, and event support for a variety of events held in all athletic facilities or non-athletic facilities that may be hosting an athletics event.
• Provide administrative support to Facilities & Operations, including clerical, data gathering, research, and surveys.
• Complete tasks as assigned by Athletic Department Administrators as needed.

Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education
• Knowledge of collegiate athletics is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with the general public, students, coaches, and administrators
• Strong work ethic, customer service oriented, and punctual
• Possess excellent organizational and time management skills
• Rationalize and resolve event management issues and conflicts.
• Follow NCAA and ACC guidelines required of all athletic department employees
