Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma plus six month of equivalent work experience or required course work/certification.

- Assists patrons with making racquetball reservations
- Acts as cashier
- Monitors the lobby, weight room, basketball court and racquetball courts.
- Sells passes for the services rendered by the facility
- Assists patrons by providing directions to other college buildings on campus.
- Ensures that patrons are in their rightful areas
- Ensures that patrons sign in
- Ensures that every patron has the appropriate pass or paid the correct daily fee.
- Answers phones
- Registers patrons and collects appropriate fees
- Verifies Natatorium passes
- Performs clerical duties
- Assists the Natatorium Assistant Manager
- Performs data entry function for all receipts as required
- Ensures accuracy of all passes, sales, attendance, and income records at the end of each shift
- Performs related work as required
- Assists patrons with scheduling and programing questions
Job Requirements
- Must be available to work Monday through Saturday between the hours of 8:15 a.m. and 8:45 p.m. Work schedule subject to change based on the needs of the department.
- Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written standard English.
- As required by the 1986 Immigration Act, be prepared to present acceptable documentation showing your identity and that you are a U.S. citizen or an alien who is authorized to work.
- A background investigation will be conducted prior to offer of employment. A signed authorization for release of personal information will be required if selected for an interview.
