• Provide general and academic reference service to students, employees and members of the community through in-person, e-mail, phone and chat methodologies
• Conduct library instructional orientation sessions/workshops
• assist students with use of technologies including library resources, computer software, printing, etc
• refer students to on and off-campus resources as appropriate
• demonstrate student-centered customer service with a willingness to help paraprofessional staff in routine library activities

Master's Degree in library science, library and information science
       OR
or the equivalent

Experience teaching community college level courses.
