As a custodian of the Monahan’s facility you will be required to maintain a consistent cleaning routine that ensures all office spaces, classrooms, computer labs, restrooms, and lounge areas are kept in a safe and sanitary condition at all times. 

Disinfecting, sanitizing, and stocking restrooms ● Disinfecting and cleaning office areas, classrooms, and student spaces ● Vacuuming of all classrooms, office, spaces, and other designated areas ● Removal of trash and recycling in all building areas ● Cleaning public area glass, windows, entrance doors, etc. ● Sweeping and mopping of all floored areas ● Properly clean the lounge daily (wash dishes, clean refrigerator and microwave) ● Dust all furniture with appropriate supplies ● Notify staff of rodents or vermin so that proper action can be taken ● Deep cleaning will need to be conducted during designated times ● Conduct regular maintenance of all floors and carpets (shampooing and waxing) ● Assist with daily upkeep of the exterior of the building to ensure that the center is presentable at all times. 

 High school diploma or GED.  Carrying, Cleaning, Climbing, Crawling, Kneeling, Lifting up to 10 pounds, Lifting up to 25 pounds, Pulling , Pushing, Reaching, Sitting, Squatting, Stooping, Bending, Standing, Twisting, Walking, Writing, Grasp, Talk or Hear, Ability to communicate
