At College Success Foundation, we provide students with the inspiration, mentoring, counseling and financial support they need to navigate their individual path to college completion. Since 2000, College Success Foundation has been supporting low-income, underserved students those who might not otherwise get to college without our help. We do everything in our power to help students succeed! With our unique integrated system of supports and scholarships starting as early as middle school, we have helped 7,000 students graduate from college! Join us and help change lives through education. Currently College Success Foundation is recruiting for College Bound Regional Officer to join our team.

The College Bound Regional Officer (CBRO) is a member of the Washington College Access Network (WCAN) statewide team. In this leadership role, the CBRO works in partnership with WCAN and the Washington Student Achievement Council to design and implement a regional strategic plan supports WCANs statewide College Bound Scholarship (CBS) outreach plan. The Program Officer is responsible for providing strategic support to the region, ensuring practitioners ability to maintain or increase:

  • Enrollment of eligible seventh and eighth graders in the Washington State College Bound Scholarship Program and
  • College and Career Readiness (CCR) support services to College Bound Scholarship students in high school

Implementation includes partnership engagement strategies including regional practitioner workshops, customized College Bound Scholarship trainings, CBS technical support, and the promotion of regional college access initiatives and opportunities.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of five year's related work experience. Experience in K-12 or higher education, community organizing, leadership development, training, teaching or school counseling is preferred.
  • Duties and Responsibilities will include: Strategic Planning, Partnership Development, Outreach and Reporting and Analysis.
